Nourished Life Assessment & Review

Before working together, you are invited to complete the Nourished Life Assessment and then book a complimentary 20-minute Nourished Life Review.

This is a relaxed conversation where we look at your assessment results, talk through where you feel stuck, and explore what kind of support would be most helpful.

You will leave with more clarity, a better understanding of what your body may need next, and a clear idea of whether one of the Nourished Roots programmes feels like the right fit.
