These terms are designed to create transparency, shared understanding and clear expectations before beginning a coaching programme with Nourished Roots Coaching.
Payment Terms
Programme fees are payable either in full or through an agreed monthly payment plan, depending on the programme selected at the time of booking.
Programme Commitment
By purchasing a coaching programme through Nourished Roots Coaching, you are committing to the full programme term selected at the time of booking.
Monthly Payment Plans
Where a monthly payment option is selected, payments will be automatically collected each month via Stripe until all scheduled payments have been completed. Payment plans are not pay-as-you-go memberships and cannot be cancelled part-way through the agreed programme term.
Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, access to ongoing coaching sessions and support may be paused until payment has been resolved.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours may be forfeited.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of coaching support, programme payments are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.
