Cancellation Policy

Life happens. Let's keep things simple.

I understand that life can shift unexpectedly. This policy is designed to create clarity while allowing flexibility wherever possible.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments without prior contact, may be charged in full. Where payment has been made in advance, no refund will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Emergencies

In the event of a genuine emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible. These situations are always considered with care and handled at my discretion.

If I Need To Reschedule

Should I ever need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.
