Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can shift, and I aim to offer flexibility wherever possible.

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments without prior contact, will be charged in full. Where payment has been made in advance, no refund will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

In the case of a genuine emergency, please get in touch as soon as you can — these situations are always handled with care and at my discretion.

Should I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full rescheduled appointment at a time that suits you.
