If you’ve spent years knowing what you should be doing — yet still find yourself back at the same starting point — I understand that from the inside out.
For a long time, that was me. The signs were there — stress, poor sleep, low energy, IBS, and a relationship with food that never quite felt right. I lost count of how many times I started over — and how many times it didn’t last.
Nothing truly changed until I stopped chasing short-term fixes and made a different kind of commitment. Not to be perfect but to show up — consistently — through small, daily actions.
Over time, those actions began to shape something bigger. The habits followed.The results followed. But more importantly, I changed.
I became someone who showed up. Someone who followed through. Someone who could finally trust herself again. That shift changed everything.
After eleven years in financial services, I trained as a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach through Precision Nutrition — a globally recognised, evidence-informed certification — and built Nourished Roots from the ground up.
This isn’t about restriction or willpower. It’s about building a way of living that genuinely fits your life — and becoming someone who no longer needs to begin again.
